We are a lawn care referral service. We connect you with qualified local lawn care professionals. Services are performed by independent local contractors. Contractor availability, final pricing, service frequency, property access, mowing height, equipment, materials, irrigation needs, weather delays, scheduling, and the final scope of work are confirmed directly by the independent contractor.

Brya Services Lawn care does not employ lawn crews, landscapers, mowing crews, or irrigation technicians, and does not perform lawn care work.

Quote requests

Submitting a quote request does not create an obligation to book services and does not create a contract for services.

Any agreement for lawn care work is between you and the independent contractor.

Pricing, scope, and scheduling

Final pricing, service frequency, equipment, materials, mowing height, cleanup, disposal, access requirements, and the final scope of work are determined by the independent contractor after reviewing the request.

Lawn treatments, weed control, pest control, irrigation work, tree work, hauling, sod, mulch, and landscaping services are subject to contractor availability and the approved scope of work.

No guarantees

We do not promise a particular lawn appearance, grass growth, weed-free result, pest-free result, or landscaping outcome.

We do not guarantee service during rain, extreme heat, drought, freeze conditions, or other weather-related delays.

We do not claim that every contractor can service every property size, terrain type, commercial property, HOA, or recurring schedule.

No professional advice
